Grievance Policy

A grievance is employee dissatisfaction related to violation of employment contract, unrealistic expectations/work assignments, work conditions, felt to be oppressive/wrongful, alleged violation of ethical behavior/ non-compliance at work place and conditions of work which the employee claims are based on discrimination.
